Improving ELO

I can see that I gave an "apprentice" rating in this game. I think I play better than that, but my rating doesn't seem to improve when I play. What do I need to do to get a better rating?

The Crew is a cooperative game, therefor ELO rating is not displayed. Nevertheless, some kind of ELO is calculated in the background, but instead of displaying the calculated ELO rating value, only the named rank is displayed, see
FAQ: What is ELO? for a list of named ranks. See also:
FAQ: Why is the ELO rating hidden for some games?
When you play The Crew, at the end, all players score 1 victory point (regardless of winning or loosing and regardless of how many missions you played during one game session). So, if you want to get a "better" rank, you just have to play more often. But don't be proud of the rank you've achieved; you'll still move up even if you've lost all your games. The rank just reflects how often you played the game.

The problem is that some people restrict the table by level. How many games do I need to play to get out of apprentice?
