Awards for top x elo

Hi,
have there been any recent changes to the awards for the top elo ranks, or is there maybe a bug? In the Captain Tsubasa card game I have recently gotten into the top 20 elo ranks, and then I have reached 300 elo (20th place has below 300). I have played and won at least two games after hitting 300 elo within the top 20, but still not gotten the award. I thought maybe there's a bug (or an intentional limitation) that only gives the award once the whole top 20 players have reached >300 elo, but other players have gotten the award in the past, and I don't think more players had an elo of 300 than now.
Has anyone else experienced something similar in other games?
