How can you stop victory by exploration + economic?
I think it just came to luck/card draw at that point?
Whoever first gets the better card for exploit and have card to draw planet and open new planet just wins

Yes, you can win with just 5 cards, before playing turn 3.
I wrote a message on bgg to see if something could be adjusted.

What about increasing victory to 4vp

Or make exploration 1 point.
