Launch, energy 1st quarter bonus twice in 1 turn

Curious. Looking over a friends game. An opponent was able to play a 3 energy and get all the bonuses for the 1st quarter energy. 4 rockets. Another 4 rockets and 2 sabotage. Then in the same turn. Was able to place another 3 energy and get all the bonus again. 4 more rockets. Another 4 rockets. And 2 more sabotages. End score 175 to 5. Seems impossible for that score to happen. Without something strange. Like being able to complete same bonuses twice in 1 turn. How did this happen ?
