BGA badges ownership

Is there a reason why the last receivers of some badges are shown , and not for others badges ?
Maybe? It could depend on the badge, but it’s really hard to say without any examples at all.
This also isn’t really a “suggestion”, is it? Maybe you meant to put this in the general Discussions forum?
