Is the mindbug expansion available on BGA? Because I see the expansion option for it in the game itself whenever you play (if you pick an expansion) and it will say disabled, but the option isn't there when actually setting up the game.

It's in beta. Not public yet. You can only play if you get an invite from one of the beta testers.
