Board Game Arena

Rules(EN rulebook) says any face down card must reveal on round 0 of following turn, also rules says Round 0 is only played at the beginning of the Combat and at the beginning of each new instance of the Boss, so when turn just cycles there is no round 0, but these card flips on every turn, is that right?

Ive checked FR rulebook, and its says the same, Hand of the King monster/sword face down cards reveal on round 0 of following turn, not every turn, not round 1 of following turn, round 0, turns has only rounds 1-4, round 0 plays at start of combat and at the beginning of each new
instance of the boss
