How can you have ELO if it's your first game?

I'm in a game of Living Forest with someone and they have the "This is my first game/doubled turn time" message but they also have an ELO of 61. How can they have an ELO for a game BGA says they've never played before?

It was probably his first game at the time it started, and he managed to start and finish a new game while you're still playing this one.

The ongoing game apparently started 22/12/2025 11:46
The "first game" player has finished 2 Living Forest games now.
1. Created 2025-12-15 at 13:52, finished 2025-12-19 at 09:53
2. Created 2025-12-20 at 11:19, finished 2025-12-23 at 16:19
As far as I can see, by the time the current game started he had already finished one game (lost, +1 elo). Perhaps that was when the game started, but he had not yet finished it when he joined the table?
