Is there a way to make tournaments for a specific area, such as a continent, or country, or city for example?

The playing hours feature is aimed at this, but it won't work, people will sign up regardless.

The only way to do it would be to make it invite only.

I see you're a premium-member, so can create tournaments yourself. Just go to the 'create new tournament' button. If you can't see an option on the page, then you can't do it - literally every single tournament option available is on the create a tournament screen, and there aren't many options to choose from.

As above - the only way you could do this is manually inviting players you know are from that area.

You can create a closed group and invite only people from this area, and then create a tournament for members of that group.
