If you mean the hut (building), it's just random. You almost never see every hut card in any game. And if you are playing less than 4 players, not all the hut cards are even on the board.

It looks like you have been playing 2 player games (at least recently), so only half (I believe) the hut cards are even in play and unless you are getting both stacks all the way to the bottom, you aren't even seeing all of those.

To complete the previous answer, there is 28 huts in the base game without expansions but only 7 are drawn randomly per player to create as many stacks as players at the start of the game. So in a two players game you only have 14 huts out of the 28 in game.
