Board Game Arena

I prefer to pick a monster when playing KOT. One of the reasons for doing so is it makes it easier to keep track of the game to have the same one. I realized that this would create an additional complication for arena games and more delays starting games. So while picking a monster is my preference, I understood why skipping monster selection and having randomly selected monsters made more sense for arena games.

I got the idea that since the game allows a preference for the color of the name, could it be setup to allow a preference for a monster when playing arena too?. Like the colors of the names it wouldn't result in having the same monster every game when players in a game would have the same preference. At least it would be less randomized and easier to keep track of a game.

Thoughts?... Any other players agree with that it makes it easier to keep track in a game?...Is this something that could be done?..

I feel like one less move people need to make is for the better at least for real time games where some people take forever making their move anyway
