I would agree with the other commenter that it’s probably a rare phobolog game, although would skip habs as you are too poor

I know well only tharsis , but I would do the following:
Corp:Phobolg
Preludes: Io, biolab
Cards: ganymede colony, deimos, ice asteroid, alloys
First gen plan: play alloys, then ice asteroid on 2 titanium and card (paying with 5titanium), then deimos. Seems bad, but it's some development

With two Jovians, one of which is a multiplier, I think keeping Methane from Titan is a good idea.
It means delaying AA and ice asteroid by one generation, but that's not a big deal. We also have 4 random cards to work with and the gen 2 draft, so maybe some additional synergy will develop. Media group, space station, Optimal Aero, Olympus conference or Mars university, etc.

Even with one multiplayer, methane is not so good if you can't play it quickly. And delaying receiving 5tr because of him is the same as paying for his purchase of 8, he is definitely not worth it. And we only have one titanium production, 28 coins is still a lot for a poor phobolog.

I'd go Phobolog, Io Research Outpost, Biolabs, Deimos, Ice Asteroid, Advanced Alloys, Meth, Ganymede
I love Mining Guild but not really a fan of it on Hellas. The upside is that there aren't spots that are strictly better than the mining spots, but the downside is that I'm not directly rewarded by M/A by playing Mining Guild (no Miner/Industrialist/Builder, need cards to use the steel to clinch Constructor).

Really? There are so many steel spots on this map and in terms of M&A, polar is pretty good, and contractor and magnate should be pretty doable. And as MG you will probably place a lot of cities and therefore want greeneries, so cultivator should also be quite a desirable thing to aim for
The hand above didn't seem like an MG hand, but it seems like quite a decent corp on Hellas
