bugs

Hello,
I did not find the right forum to discuss bugs. The one I found was closed.
My issue is :
I tried yesterday to play 3 games but each time, I couldn't do anything (no move, no chat).
I worked perfectly some weeks ago with the same computer, but now, I am stucked.
I just fear to try again, because each time it counts one game leave, even if I choose a 1 player game.
Do you know any root cause for that ?
Is there for example a minimum internet explorer version to use, or some restriction with some antivirus ?
