Fast Turn-Based Playing Hours

I would like to schedule some of these, but I'm having trouble figuring out what the playing hours correspond to. I understand how they work and that they are supposed to be based on my location, but I can't seem to wrap my head around the conversion. I live in the eastern US, and suppose I want my playing hours to be 7 am to 7 pm. Should I pick 0700-1900 or do I need to convert somehow because of the website clock or daylight saving time (or currently lack thereof)?

It's your local time, unless you've mucked around with the system clock on your device.

You can confirm this for yourself by changing the time zone of your device. (Don’t just change the clock. That won’t suffice.) And do confirm, while you’re at it, that the time zone is correct.
