Board Game Arena

I am really confused on how many play this game and how there are people who are getting arena rankings. I have tried playing an arena, but its like no one is playing... I have waited over an hour before giving up searching for a game. Even a regular play game takes a bit before finding a game. Understandably, premium might make the wait longer, but considering I have waited never found a game on arena because the wait is so long, I am thinking even with premium its still a wait. Is there anyone with premium that still has to wait for games?

I found this game and it is not as popular as catan or wingspan, which I play, but I really enjoy this game and I am really surprised not more wingspan players play this game considering the similar plotline.

Agree that not enough people are playing so wait times are too long. I love wingspan and love this game too but as a premium player have now been waiting over 15 mins just for a regular game and still none found....I only once looked for arena and again gave up waiting.

I am a premium player and I still have to wait a while before anyone joins my table. There are just not that many people playing, sadly. Also, people who like Wingspan/Finspan/Ark Nova/Cascadia/Restoria/Daybreak etc love games like these because they're nature themed

I get turn-based arena matches without a problem. Just start a search and go to work/bed.

Not enough people competing to bother with real-time.
