It is disapointing that after so much time BGA still didn't aplicate option with first 10 cards draft and prelude draft. in consecuence of not adding this option same games finish before its starts. If two equal player play together, iwn this one who will get better start cards. It so bad. BGA please add this option.

There is somewhere a bug report, where you can vote. The issue is that it is not officially supported variant by the publisher and thus it is not likely to be allowed to implement it here.

To be fair, that is a custom rule found in no rulebook. There's still many more expansions to get to before fan rules get added.

As always, house rules are not allowed on BGA unless the publisher specifically authorizes it.

No idea what OP is trying to say, but I will add plenty of games on BGA have house rule options

Certainly, if the publisher authorizes the house rules in question.

Correct. A house rule would need official permission / endorsement to be implemented here.
