Direction for passing cards indicator

Is it just me, or is there no indication as to who we are passing to each age. How do we know that the direction of the cards flow has changed in age 2?
This is a vital part of the game in person, as it's sometimes essential to "hate draft" to prevent certain players from attaining certain cards.
It would be great if there was an indicator, or if someone could direct me to where I can see that in the draft stage that would be great.
