Might be a dumb question, but how do you get elo points in this game? Are the stars the points? How many do you need to rank up? Thanks

The Crew is a cooperative game, where all players win or all players loose. Since players don’t compete with each other, the Elo system isn’t very useful or meaningful here, Elo is just used to reflect, how many games you played. Each table, where you play at least one mission, will get you +1, no matter how many missions you played and no matter, if you won or lost the missions.

ELO has been disabled for co-op games for a long time.
