Game result in case of a draw

I need your help to determine whether this is a game bug in my case, or if I've overlooked something.
My game ended in a draw, and I lost in the final scoring.
The official rulebook states that in the event of a draw, the player with fewer empty spaces in their city wins.
I had 2 empty fields, my opponent had 6, but I lost.

Not a bug.
The first tie breaker is actually the number of turns as master builder. Your opponent finished the game at least 3 turns before you, so you lost.
If you had the same number of master builder turn, then it is the empty spaces count and then the cottages number.
I agree the tie breaker in this game could be hard to follow (or almost impossible sometimes concerning master builder count as you have to take into account who was first player ) and I invite all of you to vote for my suggestion here to improve the situation :

Please note that this tiebreaker appears to be different than what's in the German rulebook, at least from my reading of it. The BGA implementation matches the English rulebook.

I will stop talking about this to avoid being too heavy handing but the German rule book concern seems another good additional reason to implement the tie breaker info in game I mentioned, to avoid German player who only read the German rules to not understand (and can’t know beforehand) why the result will be different in the actuel bga game.
With a tie breaker rollover symbol well placed between players name, the first reflex of a good part of new players will be to check it, and those who do will know the correct rule at least.
