Hi,

I have a yellow banner meeple that is, I think, supposed to suggest I hav ea premium account bu there is a red in the top right of the banner. Does this mean there is some issue with my account? If there is not an issue with my account can you please reconsider whatever notification that is meant to signify. A red is kind of distracting. Thanks.

I have never seen what you describe, and checking your personal page, I only see the normal yellow meeple banner. Sorry, I have no idea.

It might help to provide a screenshot. I recommend putting the screenshot on Imgur (you don’t need an account or anything), and linking to it here.

Can you click on the to see a message? And if so, what does it say?

I can click on the banner which redirects me to https://boardgamearena.com/premium?src=globalmenu The webpage title is 'go premium' but I have a premium membership (at a monthly pay rate) that should renew in 3 days. But it's still the splash page for premium membership - so I have sections of the webpage that are like, "Unlock more features and get the most advanced experience!" ... Your current subscription (IS MONTHLY) but there is a blue text button/link with the text, "Update method". It feels a bit 'results unclear' on a magic eight ball if you know what I mean.

As I see you have discovered, attachments don’t work here. That’s why I recommended uploading to Imgur (no account needed) and linking to that from here.

Could be that, it has the red because you are nearing running out of premium if you say 3 days.
