Just wondering does everyone have issue getting match up in arena? sometimes i am online for like 12 hours but get no matchup but seeing other players able to join. Does it give priority to premium members?

It appears your 1 arena game was real time. Are you familiar with turn based? Most arena games are taking place on turn based. If you were premium it likely would be easier for you to play real time as standard users could join the table you create

i didnt know you can play arena in turn based. will give it a try. thanks for the info:)
