BGA is hiring a Player Support and Moderation Manager (Remote, EU Time Zones)

Hello,
At Board Game Arena, we’re excited to announce a new position for a Player Support and Moderation Manager!
Your Role:
Your main responsibilities will include taking care of players by:
• Answering questions submitted via the contact form.
• Notifying the team about specific or recurring issues.
• Managing moderation reports to ensure BGA remains a safe and welcoming place to play, which involves significant interaction with players and the moderator team.
As an English native speaker, you’ll also support the team with translation checks, fixes, and improvements to enhance the international experience on our platform.
Requirements:
• You are a native English speaker.
• You have excellent writing skills.
• You are located in Europe and comfortable with fully remote work.
• You enjoy helping others and are used to assisting those close to you with light tech issues.
• You are experienced with Board Game Arena and board games in general.
• Knowing additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French would be greatly appreciated.

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• Salary will be based on your profile and experience.
