Is the tutorial broken?

After the politics card is played, the tutorial says that I should select the warfare role and then select the warfare cards then execute role with three cards but bga says that I must do the action indicated in the tutorial when I do that. I tried some combinations of cards with warfare and others but it doesnt seems to be working. Is there something I am doing wrong or something else? Also I am not sure if this is a bug or not so I posted this here. I will gladly delete this if it is a bug.

It happened to me too, and I could also get the same thing to happen during the earlier "colonize" step. It looks like if you do incorrect actions during certain steps of the tutorial, it stops recognizing the correct action afterwards, and breaks.

That's quite the same with all tutorials, so better be careful what you do.
