Board Game Arena

Hi.
I was playing a Season game some minutes ago, and my opponent during his round hadn't made a move 'til the end of time. I tried to press F5 after a minute to check if it was all ok, and always was the other player's turn.
When his time ended, I pressed another time F5 to check if it was online (during the game he went offline, with the grey circle)... and I found that I've been expelled from the game, so I also took the leaving penalty for a situation for I'm not responsible.
I just signalled the bug, but here I have a question: can I have back the points from the penalty? The game never let me see I was the one who had to move

I actually encounter this situation a couple of times before. I thought it was just my connection that play tricks on me, but perhaps it could be a bug... that's why I started to write message and ask other players if they could see my message when the time is ticking for a long time to see if others reply. This is a good way to make sure that I am not the one that has connection issue...
