How is this game not a Verb & Write game?

I was searching through the Games tab, checked Roll & Write in the mechanisms as the only filter, and this game didn't show up.
I’ve posted a bug report for this: https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=205028
You can vote for the bug report if you like, but I don’t know if this really makes much difference.
