Based on the bug list, I deduce that about two hours ago, the ability to discard or draw cards became unavailable, displaying the message "Maximum call stack size exceeded." This directly impacted the game. Simultaneously, many players experienced being penalized with direct Elo and reputation deductions. Please address this issue.

Considering that GWT bug reports are likely only seen by GWT developers, I suspect this is a server issue. Therefore, I'm reporting it on the main forum, hoping the server administrator will see it.

BGA staff often don't read the forums - you can still post here, but please make sure you are also upvoting the relevant bug. Generally, choose the oldest or the one with the best/most info on it, and if you want to be extra helpful, link to that bug in the other bugs and encourage people to vote for the SAME bug (many votes = more chance of being seen). You're likely correct that it's not a GWT error (or an error for any other game), and should not be posted as specific to a game, as that will not reach anyone who can help, but as a general website bug.
