Can't access finished AND ongoing game

I have encountered this bug for the first time. I am trying to access this finished game and while it's loading I get the message " This game has been updated since game start: thus the replay is EXPERIMENTAL." Then it changes to a page that says
"Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred... (****hidden for security reason****)"

Great, now it's doing it for a game that's in progress as well. I hope I don't get any penalties because of this...

In general, I think it is better to submit a bug report than to complain on the forums.

I did vote. Still, I don't want to get in trouble for not being able to access a game in time... So far my record has been spotless.
