bugs report - NO SENSE

Reporting bugs in BGA doesn't make sense, no one will respond anyway. I sent a report to two places and got nothing, and I see that there is no response to messages, even from years ago.

Not all bugs rank at the highest priority - decisions have to be made weighing cost vs. benefit. Some bugs aren't done because they're difficult to implement. Others may not be as important as you might think they are (you might be in a minority of people affected).

I will also point out that NOT raising a bug is a guarantee that it will never be addressed. Raising a bug at least has some chance. But development time and energy is limited - not everything can be fixed immediately (or even within a year of being raised). Doesn't mean it never will.

This is hugely different from game to game. Some have been abandoned. OP, you might not know how these things work on BGA. The vast majority of games have either been developed by volunteer devs or by freelancers that get paid by the publisher. So you can imagine that there are various reasons why a game might get abandoned. If BGA was paying the devs instead of “just” providing the infrastructure, premium would have to be more expensive. I prefer it the way it is.

There are countless games where you post a bug and it gets fixed in a day or two or even faster. Plus what nik592 said.

It does makes sense.
But like everywhere, you'll meet a wide range of people. From those who thinks that they are gods just, because they know a little bit about programming, and who should be removed from game creating for the good of BGA community.
Up to those who will fix mistakes so quickly that you don't even notice when. I met all kind of them.

It varies wildly by game. There are a lot of games that get pretty quick responses… There are others, like railroad ink, where the last fix was five years ago despite there being obvious bugs. I just assume that for the older games there's no developer around anymore to fix them.
