Auto cancel matched game

When game matched, someone didn't ready, so I had to cancel the game, but it is not reasonable. It needs auto cancel and penalty to the other player

If BGA did that,players wouldn't sign up for games. It's too hard to guarantee that you'll be ready when they fill.
