Personal notes on turn-based games

Hi,
One feature that I would love to see in turn-based games is if we could create some kind of personal notes.
You could write down how many curses have already been seen in a Tobago game, or the roles you think people have in a Saboteur game, and so on...
I find it hard to remember these things when playing 40 turn-based games...

i would love to see something like this as well. In addition to reasons you mentioned, also in a lot of games you plan out several moves at once, and this would prevent the need to re-analyze the entire game situation every time before making your move if you already knew what you wanted to do a couple days ago after your last move.

Oh, this place is in desperate need of having a way to take notes - right now I just jot stuff on paper. But anyone who plays turn-based regularly understands why it's needed.

I was just coming here to make this suggestion. I'll add my voice to this thread instead. This would be a really helpful feature, not necessarily for card-counting, that's kind of crap, but for games like Puerto Rico and Seasons, where you might choose a role (or roll) and then actually carry it out a day or two later, it would cut down on re-analysing the game state every login.

I agree that notes would be very helpful. By the time my turn comes around again, I have forgotten any strategy I might have come up with on my previous turn.

Hi,
This is definitly on the roadmap. I can't give any date at now but this is the next improvement on the list for turn based.
Cheers,

Great news. And what about this?

When creating a table with speed faster than 1 move / day, you can specify "Playing time: 10:00 to 20:00".
Outside this time range, time to think is not decreasing, so you don't have to care about time penalty.
When joining tables, players have to care about playing time.

It would be really great to have fast turn-base mode.

Edit: Although when i think about it abit, the last turn Replay should help in getting back on track.. But yeah a simple note could be a more elegant solution.
