How do I open the tournament for registration that I just published?

Select the tournament in the list, click "Open Tournament Page". Scroll down to the bottom, click "Edit".
Change the light blue "Registration Opens" to "As soon as possible". You can also change it to a specific date and time, but I don't recommend it unless the tournament is months in the future. Otherwise, you want the registration period to be as long as possible or people won't be able to join.

Also, you may not actually get enough people to join with how tournaments are right now.
