Seeing combat and cell cards after they disappear

Hi, I am quite new to this game (haven't managed to beat first boss yet), am enjoying it, and have a few questions
1) is there a way to see the combat cards after combat ends? Like sometimes an enemy does something that must have been shown on their round 3 combat card, but as combat has ended I can't see it anymore. I can see the log info, but sometimes I find the cards themselves clearer so want to see them if possible
2) at the end of a run, is there a way to make those cards you buy with cells stay on the screen longer or to see them again? Like, if I put money in the well, a card with lots of text is drawn and disappears before I can finish reading it. That text doesn't seem viewable in the game log - can I read it somewhere else?
