Allow corporations from extensions to be played without the extension

In every extensions there's some corps that are playable with the base game. On BGA we currently only have Colonies and Prelude1. In Colonies there's Arklight and Polyphemos that are playable with the base game. It would be great to be able to play them somehow.

You can play with them. By choosing to play with those expansions.
