Can someone explain to me why someone decided to put the game in the description...?

This seems like a meme. NGL

I am not sure if BGA has a peer reviewed ranking system for luck and strategy....
Obviously there is luck in this game, but you cannot win just with luck. I saw "Flip 7" is rated: luck 3. With that in mind luck 2 feels right for Tapestry.
I tend to see that I am more "unlucky" against really good players, which tells me I am missing something on Strategy....
(Some day I will try to get some statistics of the science die rolls. My biased human perception thinks that science comes more often than other tracks. I have seen countless steals of "Academy Research" with double science rolls. But only hard counting of a lot of rolls can proof or disproof that)
But we still love the game and hope for our Alchemists with Dictator, Revisionism, and Radio with Golden Age....
