Hi, I have played a lot of backgammon games since it was introduced on this site. Until last week I had 2nd highest victory number. I was a "good player". I was in the top 10 best players. Now I find that none of the games I play are being registered in my total number of "Games Played" and neither are any of my "Victories". As a result I have dropped dramatically in the rankings and my prestige values are losing out. This is only happening to me on Backgammon and not in any other game. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? If I report it as a new bug and I am the only sufferer then no one else will vote for it and it will never be investigated by BGA. Please help. Cheers

The topic main question was answered but I have another question about the victories and the trophies (I looked into the bug section but I found no bugs related).
Some days ago I won my 10th game at Coloretto, but as you can check on my profile I never received the medal for the 10th win (I still have the one for the 3rd win). First time I see this kind of problem (not a big one, but a curious one), so I'm wondering why it happened.

I have not seen your profile, but let me make a prediction: the 10th victory was a tie between you and other player? That is an old bug - tied victories count to total wins, but some other statistics ignore them.

Played more than 600 elo games (hanabi) more than 500 victories,,, still I didnt get any total victories medal so far
any chance to get that medal ?

Hanabi it's the only game on the site (as I know) with ELO automatically disabled.
If I remember correctly, the games played's badge is awarded each time you reach a milestone (i.e. 100 games played, 500 games played), but the games won badge is awarded only when you win a game, but not all players do this. In other words, when you won a game with at least a player who abandon/leave time expire.
Dunno why, but that's how the games won counter works in Hanabi
