Downvoted Players Cannot Join Your Game

I think that if I have given a player a thumbs down vote, they should automatically be blocked from joining turn-based games that I create.

I agree with this. If I found a person that I felt I need to warn the community that they aren't nice to play with, I certainly don't want to play with them again. However (playing devil's advocate here), there are some issues. A big one I see is the removal of anonymity of who gave red thumbs. IE, if I try to join your table, and get blocked with a message that I have a red thumb from you, now I know who gave me one of my thumbs.
A possible solution: Implement a filter that has been requested in several other places, namely to not display games where one isn't able to join. So, in addition to seeing if you are of the appropriate rank, or a member of the appropriate group, it also checks to see if anyone who is currently at the table has given you a red thumb. If you don't qualify, it doesn't even display the table.

Yes, I am fine with the idea that the people you have downvoted simply cannot see your games. That would be nice for both turn-based and live.
