Board Game Arena

There should be a way to play with the optional rule in the rulebook. In my irl games, this has been the default for everyone I've ever played with, I was surprised it wasn't the default on BGA. The tiebreaks in the third round can really change the calculus for what is prioritized, and prevents long, drawn-out games.
