Looking for Volunteer: Crowns & Cutthroats

Hello Developers!

My name is Paul Adams and I'm one of the partners at Permagrin Games.

We are a very (VERY) small publisher working out of Essex Junction, Vermont, and we're looking to get a BGA adaptation of our game, Crowns & Cutthroats developed. Crowns & Cutthroats is our first game that is available in retail (our online store can be located at www.permagringames.com). There is currently a free-to-play version on Tabletopia. Links are below. That game is a two-player duel that uses trick-taking as the main game mechanism. Players take on roles with asymmetric victory conditions. The "Crown" is trying to avoid contact with the "Cutthroat" as two cards representing them move across a shared grid. The grid is composed of other cards that may be played during the course of the game. Movement is generated by either winning a trick and moving in any cardinal direction but may also be generated by the playing of certain cards when a player loses a trick. The mechanisms are fairly straight forward. Play a card based on suit and value. Determine winner. Winner moves. Loser swaps a card with the grid and performs the action on the card played.

Again, we are a very small outfit. Basically two guys at a table making games that we hope people will enjoy. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Congratulations on your upcoming game.

What does your adaptation budget look like for BGA? Or are you hoping to find a volunteer for this? If it's the latter, perhaps you could update the subject line to clarify?

Thanks for the advice! Being that we're a very small team (a duo working off my kitchen table), our ability to spend is tricky (but not impossible). Not 100% certain on what kind of costs we could absorb right now (am guessing that anything over $1,000 would be very difficult). Will add the "volunteer" label.

Thanks again!
