I had a game where I informed successfully and the community failed.

I ended with a score of -10. The second player did not inform. The game was counted as his win.

In the rules it is written under Community Infiltration:

„If any players are tied for
the highest score or no player has a score
greater than zero, all lose.“

What do I miss?

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the BGA framework. It is is not possible to 'set' a player as loser. Players need to be assigned a score and BGA will determine a winner based on that. In this case actually all players should lose, since an informer only wins in case of a positive score.

At the moment, until BGA updates the way winners can be determined, a hanged player will always be assigned a score of 0 (joy should be set to 0) and scores for informers are calculated according to the rulebook. If an informer gets a positive score they will win.
