Tournament did not create a table.

Yes, reported as a bug also http://en.boardgamearena.com/#!bug?id=1898, but posting it here in case others had it happen to them:
During a tournament, the site did not create a table. the bracket showed two people who were supposed to play each other, but clicking on them reported "No table has been setup for this encounter."
As of posting this, the tournament seems stalled/dead.
