Not exactly a bug: player lost connection right as he won

Our current game of Can't Stop. the player's computer crashed right as he got the winning roll. http://en.2.boardgamearena.com/cantstop?table=11391887

Can an admin please take a look? He's won, just stuck.

If he's stuck, it's a bug.
