Board Game Arena

I've hit Top 10 in Arena three times now and have not gotten any award as I have in other games. I think I saw a thread where people said there's a bug so I played a real time game, non-arena, after I hit Top 10 again to do what they said triggered the award. I still didn't get anything.

Just wondering if it got taken away or if I'm not getting an award I should be getting.
