Allow Non-Active Players to Practice Placing Tile While Waiting

Is it possible to allow non-active players to choose tiles and practice putting them into the castle? Like Carcassonne where the non-active player could practice placing their tile, this could potentially make the turns go quicker.

Maybe create a suggestion? Seems like it should be possible, and it indeed seems nice to me.
