I am playing a AN tournament and have not played a move. I have picked my first action card and my opponent has not made a move. Their entire 4 day time bank is gone and I cannot kick them. My only actions are unselecting my card or leaving the table. I don't want to take a penalty for leaving a tournament table. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

You don't have to do anything. Wait for the round time limit to expire (one week in this case*). You will be awarded the win and will proceed to the next round if they don't come back to play and finish the game before one week expires. You don't automatically win just because they ran out of time, and now there is an option ("Out of time players are never kicked") that the tournament host can activate that prevents you from kicking a player out of time.

*It is always best when asking about a tournament to provide a link to the tournament table and/or tournament so that someone trying to help doesn't have to look it up.
