Settings for prefered/disliked players for non-specific matchmaking?

Hi. I just set a player as 'dislike matching for personal reasons', but I have changed my mind about that assessment.
Is there a way to change that?
Is there a page where I can view (and edit) all my player preferences including liked or blocked players?
