Hello, I've been waiting for a resolution on this for 3 months. I think the issue is pretty simple, but still, I get no attention. I know everybody is a volunteer here, but I think the wait is excessive.

SFTP user: alecaraul

I cannot access any game files. Every project I create results in a 404 "Ooooops" error when trying to browse the repository.

Initial project creation of "Tactica" failed with a "SQLSTATE[22003]: Numeric value out of range" error (likely due to a long BGG ID).

Since then, any project I create (currently "tacticanew") shows up in my list but has no "Source" tab.

Direct link to repository studio.boardgamearena.com/repository/browse?id=tacticanew returns a 404 error.

SFTP access is refused (likely because the folder was never created).

Expected result: The project creation script should complete and create the SVN repository folder. Actual result: The database record exists, but the repository folder is missing.

I would really appreciate it if someone could solve this issue once and for all. If someone wants to contact me, my BGA user is cabecao13.

Tks
Alex

Where did you find that URL? I'm not aware of this existing. Is it an AI hallucination?

The best way to get support over Studio issues is to write a ticket in Studio Support ( https://studio.boardgamearena.com/support )
