Board Game Arena

I discovered Regicide today and have been trying it out with Solo play.

So far, every single game I make it to the last King or the second-to-last King, but I have yet to win a game, no matter what I try.

I gather from scanning the forums that the game is actually this hard, and I'm likely not doing anything wrong, but I'm curious if there are any tactics people have devised that work in Solo play to overcome these difficulties?

Edit: First game after reading, made it to the final King and got him down to 19 health before losing.

So. Devastatingly. Close.

Just wanted to say thanks again. I'm now winning solo (and normal games) far more regularly!
