Harassment

There are players who use the chat to intimidate, manipulate and harass. It happened to me a lot lately.
One of the players start to complain in the chat writing you are being not fair with the robber, etc. If you don't answer, bad, if you answer, worse.
I don't want to play explaining my movements or decisions. I don't want to feel bad when I playing because one of the players consider the bullying as something normal to play.
We play for fun, not for money.
It is disturbing.
Honestly, in these situations I want to leave this and stop.
Thanks to read me.

Your first recourse is to give the offending players a red thumb. Then you won't be paired with them in the future (unless you play in a tournament). If their words cross the line into abusive language, you can additionally report them by going to their profile and clicking "Report this player."

If they are using profanity it's an easy case. The problem is that lobbying, e.g., trying to convince someone to make or not make a trade, place a robber here instead of there, etc., are part of Catan. Some people actually like this part the game. Go figure. But it raises the issue of deciding when (non-profane) lobbying has crossed over the line into abuse. I don't claim to know where to draw that line.

In-game threats ("I will only rob you", "no more trading with you", "I'll block your every road"...) should be considered OK. You may like it or not, you may red-thumb, but I would consider it part of the game.

Other threats ("I and all my friends will red-thumb you and you'll never be able to play again", "I will hack your account", "I know where you live"...) are clearly (to me) unacceptable and punishable.
