Disable consecutive wins ELO penalty in Arena mode

Hello,
I would like to suggest a change regarding the "consecutive wins" ELO penalty in Arena mode.
I understand why this rule exists in general: it helps prevent ELO farming when players repeatedly play against the same opponent on purpose.
However, Arena mode works differently. In Arena, players do not manually choose their opponent. When the matchmaking pool is small, the system may repeatedly match the same two players several times in a row.
In that situation, if one player wins several consecutive Arena matches against the same opponent, their ELO gain is reduced because of the consecutive wins penalty, even though the repeated pairing was created by the matchmaking system itself.
That makes the rule feel unfair in Arena mode, because the player has no control over the rematches.
Suggestion:
- Disable the consecutive wins penalty for Arena matches, or
- Reduce it significantly in Arena, or
- Only apply it when repeated games are manually arranged and not when they come from automatic matchmaking.
Why this would help:
- Arena is supposed to be a competitive ranked mode.
- Players should not lose ELO gain because of forced rematches caused by a small queue.
- The current system can punish legitimate wins instead of preventing abuse.
Thank you for considering this.
