3-card mode?

It would be cool to have a mode where the hands are always 3 cards (and if you add one, then they become even more tricky four card hands!).
It also would be cool to have a 2-3 player mode where each player has two hands. It might be easier to do matchmaking that way, and IRL it is a fun homebrew way to play.
If this doesn't make it into BGA I won't be heartbroken -- it has made its way into the tabletop simulator version. There just isn't good matchmaking for tabletop simulator, so sometimes I play on BGA.
